This appointment includes a thorough history, tongue and pulse diagnosis, and acupuncture treatment. If necessary, cupping, infra-red heating lamp, moxibustion, electro-acupuncture, and custom herbal medicine will be recommended.

*Each acupuncture care plan is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Any remaining sessions at the end of the care plan cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards. Expired sessions cannot be refunded or rolled over to any new purchases.

Facial Acupuncture

Facial Acupuncture (Initial Consultation & Treatment)
After your consultation, each session will start with facial cleansing, followed by facial and distal acupuncture. It will be followed by an herbal facial mask treatment, facial cupping, and Gua Sha. After treatment, facial serum and moisturizer will be applied. Please avoid wearing makeup prior to your visit.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you for understanding as this time has been reserved for your personalized treatment. Failure to comply will result in a 50% charge of your appointment. No shows will result in a 100% charge for your treatment. For late appointments, you may only receive the scheduled amount of time left in your booking.

If you test positive for COVID-19 or have any symptoms, please notify us ASAP by phone or email to waive the cancellation fee. Documented emergencies will also be exempt from this policy on a case-by-case basis.
